Seki is the homeroom teacher of Doremi, Momoko and Hana. She used to be Hazuki, Aiko and Onpu's homeroom teacher as well; however, at the beginning of Motto, the girls were separated into two different classes.

Personality
Seki is strict, honest and direct. Just like any teacher, she doesn't tolerate any talking or sleeping during class. Even thought she seems a bit scary, she is a very kind and thoughtful person. She cares for her students and is trying to do her best to help them out, or give them some helpful advice.
Appearance
She is a tall and middle aged woman. Seki has long and straight dark purple hair, which is usually down. She does, however, sometimes wear a ponytail or an updo.
Her school uniform consists of a light purple knee-length skirt, a blouse and black shoes.
She also owns and drives a motorcycle, which means that she has a motorcycle suit as well. The color of her suit is red with big yellow stripes.
She also owns various dresses and outfits that she usually wears when she's going on a date, for example.

- Her best friend is Yuki -sensei.
- In the Ojamajo Doremi 16 novels, it was revealed that she is now Pop 's homeroom teacher.
- It's likely that Seki was named in reference to Hiromi Seki; a Toei producer who had a major involvement with Ojamajo Doremi's production.
